Oner happy chappy!

I recently made my first purchase of contact lenses from Vision Pros and am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of the purchase. The product, which I have worn for 20 years never lets me down but it was really the very prompt and professional service extended that impressed me the most.
With only a few pairs left in my cupboard I had to be sure that my order arrived by a specific date and much to my joy on the date they were promised there they were. all boxed securely and in my mailbox.
Even the confirmation emails of my order being received, picked and then sent had a friendly ring to them!
In one order I have become a loyal customer and a big thank you to "Mark" who even tolerated me calling him to put my fears dealing with an unknown company to rest!

Terrible customer service

I ordered O2 Optics and chose and paid for Express delivery on a Wednesday. The following Monday I called to ask why I hadn't rec'd it I was told they would be overnighted. On Tuesday my contacts were delivered to the wrong address and were considered "lost". I enquired with Fedex, and then I called Vision Pros to ask what happens next, and was told "It's not the end of the world". The next day (Wednesday) I called VisionPros again, and asked if they could send me a new order to cover the lost one, and I was told no in the beginning, they asked me to repurchase it and eventually when they rec'd insurance money from Fedex they would reimburse me for my original order. I told him that I would just have to call Paypal and make a claim, I was put on Hold and then he came back and was able to make good on my order after this threat. In the meantime the house that rec'd my contacts kindly brought my shipment to me. But just in time for me to have had a taste of this lack of customer service. The man (Steve)was more concerned about the fact that this would hurt his bottom line then making a new customer happy. I wasn't offered my shipping costs back even though he told me that they would be reimbursed for the fact that my shipment was lost via Fedex. Terrible service I and will not use again. I will price match with the larger more efficent competitor. On Christmas day I received a refund of $5 of my $15 dollar shipping to bring my shipping costs to the cost of standard shipping. I also received an appology to in an attempt to remove this review. Thanks for the return of $5 although it doesn't change the fact I was treated unfairly.... MoreLess

Satisfaction

Hi Everybody! I bought the lens for the first time from VisionPros. I found their prices the lowest in the market, delivery of lens took only 2 days, the lens were well packed and original. I'm very satisfied. What I did not like about them that they force customer to insure the lens costing about 6 dollar. I think they must give customer option abo ut this aspect. Any way, despite hidden price of about 6 dollars, the are best in market in my opinion.... MoreLess
