VisionPros.ca ships huge volumes of contact lenses daily all across Canada and the USA. We are able to do this because we have approximately 90% of all possible lenses in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your order falls into the most common parameters we will email you a tracking number on the next business day. Orders that are received late Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
If you order a less common prescription it may take slightly longer to process. These include toric, multi-focal, colored lenses, and positive powered lenses. These types of lenses are special-ordered directly from the manufacturer and will take an additional 4 business days to process.
For all eyeglass orders, please allow 7 business days for assembly.

Canada Post Expedited (3-6 business days) is $9.95
Eyeglass orders require (5-7 business days) for assembly and then the number of business days above for delivery.
Free Shipping promotion applies to Canadian customers only. $13.95 shipping fee applies for USA customers.
Rural areas that are outside most major urban centres can take an additional 2 business day to arrive. An additional $10 shipping charge will apply.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU:
- Your order is insured against any damaged or torn lenses. We will apply a replacement value credit to your account.
- All delivery companies have shipping insurance coverage of only $100 per package. We cover the package for the full replacement value of the shipment if it was to get lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
- If your prescription changes within 1 year of your order, you can return any unexpired, unopened boxes of contacts, and we will ship you replacement lenses to match your new prescription.
